This tool estimates a given Mullvad user's RNG seed (ratio) based on one or more IP addresses. To a certain extent, this can be used to fingerprint the user and to confirm whether two distinct sets of IPs belong to them. The ratio can also be used to predict exit IP routes the user will be assigned on any of Mullvad's 500+ servers. Read more here.
